Where do you ship to?

We currently offer delivery to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland

Please note:
We no longer ship to countries outside of this list due to significantly increased shipping costs. This allows us to continue offering fair prices and reliable service in our core markets.

Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. (Check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.)

Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 4–6 business days
  • Non-EU countries: 5–8 business days
    ⚠️ Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales or peak periods.

Important delivery information:

  • You are responsible for picking up your parcel as instructed. Uncollected packages will be returned, and a return shipping fee may apply.
  • If you’ve accepted that the parcel be left outside your door, we are not liable for loss or damage once delivered.
  • Upon delivery, inspect the packaging before signing. If damaged, ask the courier to note it on the receipt.
  • Report any damage within 24 hours and take a photo of the packaging before opening.

🔁 How Do I Return My Order?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

Please note:

  • Items must be packed securely. You bear the risk until we receive the return.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Furniture cannot be returned via regular mail. Contact us to arrange.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please:

  1. Place a new order for the desired item(s).
  2. Return the original item(s) using the process above.

When will I get my refund?

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the full order is returned, the original shipping cost is refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s).

Please contact the store where the item was bought.
They will process your claim according to local rules.


Received a gift?

If the gift was purchased from our webshop and you have the order number, you can submit a claim.
If the gift was bought from a retailer, please contact them directly.


Reminder – Damaged deliveries:
If you agreed for the parcel to be left unattended, we are not responsible once delivered.
Inspect packaging before signing and report damage within 24 hours, including photo evidence.

An item is missing from my order

  • It may be out of stock. If so, you’ll receive a notification and refund. (Check your spam folder.)
  • If the packing slip shows the item but it's missing, contact: customer_service@camcamcopenhagen.com
  • Note: large orders may be split into multiple shipments. Use your tracking link to check if more packages are coming.

Can I track my order?

Yes! You'll receive a tracking link when your order ships. (Check your spam folder if not received.)
If your order is split, each shipment will have its own tracking link.
