Refund Policy

We hope you love your order, but if you need to return an item, we're here to help. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about returning an item and receiving a refund.


🔁 How Do I Return My Order?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).

  • Use the return form included in your original package.
  • Fill out the form, selecting the code that best explains your reason for return.
  • Place the completed form inside the parcel along with the item(s) you wish to return.
  • If you need a new return form, please email us at claim@camcamcopenhagen.com.

🌍 Returns from Outside the EU

If you're returning from a non-EU country:

  • Enclose a copy of the original invoice.
  • Clearly mark the item being returned.
  • Clearly state that it is a "Return" on the documentation.

⚠️ Shipments without proper documentation (invoice and return note) will be subject to customs again and cannot be accepted as a return.

  • You are responsible for customs clearance and any related paperwork.

🛏️ Packing & Shipping

  • Please ensure the item(s) are packed securely. You carry the risk until we receive the package.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense.
  • Save your shipping receipt and any track & trace number.
  • 🚛 Note: Furniture items cannot be returned via regular post.

📩 Need a Return Label?

  • You can purchase a return label from us for €4.90 / 35 DKK.
  • This amount will be deducted from your refund once your return is received and processed.

Return labels are only available for orders returned from mainland EU countries.


🧵 Product Conditions for Return

Textile Products

  • Must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
  • Must include original, undamaged packaging (including the polybag).
  • Returns that are damaged, soiled, or missing original labels or packaging may not be accepted.

Furniture Items

  • Must be returned disassembled and in original packaging.
  • If packaging is damaged but the product is fine, a 25% deduction will apply.
  • Used or damaged items may not be accepted for return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Place a new order for the item you want.
  2. Return the original item following the return process.

💰 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • If the entire order is returned, the original delivery fee will be refunded.
  • If only part of the order is returned, shipping costs will not be refunded.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or valid proof of return.
